Baking with grandma

Home made raspberry macaroons

Hello!

A while back me and my grandma had a bake off!
The one who could make the prettiest and tastiest macaroon
would win..

I made raspberry and she made chocolate
These are mine and guess who won?
I did!! :D over my grandma!
It is almost impossible to cook better than you grandma, haha

But she had never made macaroons and I used to do it quite often a year back
Hers got all fluffy and didn't all have a smooth surface as mine did
Hers tasted good, but mine was better all in all..

To make our macaroons we both used the recipe from a book
that I got from my sister for dog sitting her little sheltie!
